London, United Kingdom – 25th May 2018 – MSC Cruises, the world’s largest privately-owned cruise company and leading cruise line in Europe and South America, revealed that its industry-first digital personal assistant will be named Zoe.

MSC Cruises’ CEO Gianni Onorato made the announcement yesterday at the 12th annual CLIA Conference 2018 held in Southampton where he was keynote speaker. To-date the lives of over 81,000 children and their families in Africa have been impacted thanks to the funds raised through MSC Cruises’ guests contributions

Geneva, Switzerland, 8 April 2018 – MSC Cruises, the world’s largest privately owned cruise company and leading cruise line in Europe and South America, has announced today that to date it has raised more than €8 million for UNICEF thanks to the generous contributions of its guests. The funds raised are used to provide malnourished children with Ready-to-Use Therapeutic Food (RUTF) such as Plumpy’ Nut® and to date more than 6.5 million sachets of RUTF have been delivered to children in Ethiopia, South Sudan, Somalia and Malawi. MSC CRUISES ANNOUNCES MSC BELLISSIMA’S DEPLOYMENT TO ASIA IN SPRING 2020

MSC Splendida arrives in Asia after completing maritime Silk Road sailing

Geneva, Switzerland and Shanghai, China, 24 April 2018 – Today, on the occasion of MSC Splendida’s arrival in Chinese waters, MSC Cruises, the world’s largest privately-owned cruise line as well as leading cruise brand in Europe and South America, announced that MSC Bellissima will be deployed in Asia in Spring 2020. She will become MSC Cruises’ newest flagship for the region. MSC Bellissima, MSC Cruises’ second Meraviglia-class ship, is currently being constructed at STX France’s shipyard in Saint-Nazaire and is due to first come into service in March 2019.
